1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Siro AI Advisor website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Siro AI Advisor provides AI consulting services including:

  • AI Quick Audit (Free, 60 min): An introductory call to assess AI opportunities in your business.
  • AI Strategy Session ($149, 60 min): A deep-dive session to build your AI implementation roadmap.
  • AI Implementation Package ($499, 60 min): Hands-on implementation of AI automations.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • All paid sessions are charged in advance via Stripe. Prices are in USD.
  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and calendar scheduling via Calendly.
  • Sessions are conducted via Google Meet. A link is sent via email and Google Calendar invite.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session using the Calendly link in your confirmation email.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • No-shows: Sessions not attended without prior notice are non-refundable.
  • To request a refund, email siroaiadvisor@gmail.com with your booking details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, and code — is owned by Siro AI Advisor. Advice and materials provided in consulting sessions are for your business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

6. Disclaimer

AI consulting advice is provided in good faith based on the information you share. Results vary by business. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Siro AI Advisor is not liable for any business decisions made based on session advice.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
