Account information: full name, email address, phone number, company name, industry, and how you heard about us — collected at registration.
Booking information: session type, preferred date/time, and payment details (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers).
Contact form messages: name, email, and your message.

Page views and navigation data via Google Analytics 4 (anonymous).
Session cookies managed by Supabase for authentication.

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and bookings.
To send you session confirmation and receipt emails via Resend.
To create Google Calendar invites with Google Meet links (via n8n automation).
To send you relevant follow-up communications about your consultation.
To manage our internal CRM (Google Sheets) for scheduling and follow-up.
To improve our service through aggregated, anonymized analytics.

We retain your account and booking data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. Stripe retains payment records per their legal obligations.
